The purpose of this form is to establish a contact roster about future searches and other volunteer-supported activities that may be conducted throughout Alabama.  Rather than registering for any specific event, this process allows us to establish and maintain a pool of interested and qualified volunteers that can be contacted for each event.  While completing this form ahead of an activity is not necessarily required, doing so streamlines the administrative requirements for most activities.  There is no fee to apply to the registry, and no obligation to volunteer or support any future event(s).  You may remove yourself from this roster at any time without explaination by sending an email to contact@echo7foxtrot.com.

The following health-related questions will not be considered for selection to a team.  These items are being asked so we can complete your personnel file as a volunteer and have additional information about should it be needed during an event (i.e. if you require medical treatment).
